Initially, I struggled because I preferred to work behind the scenes; I’m an engineer and was comfortable in that role. After hiring a coach and still facing challenges, I learned to push through discomfort. Those eight months of struggling were critical. They taught me resilience and showed me there’s always light at the end of the tunnel. I started using LinkedIn, speaking on camera, and doing things I never thought I’d do. This journey profoundly impacted how I now help others navigate similar paths.”

These meetups became a space for sharing journeys and tips. Over time, I’ve seen profound impacts as participants learn, engage, and find their paths in the Australian job market.”
